UPDATE on PLEASE HELP

Hi all,

Just wanted to say thanks to all the people that provided valuable advice after my disaster of receiving a Euro E-10 from Shop4Digital.com. Thought I'd update you on what happened. After hearing your advice, I spoke with someone who is apparently in charge at this dump who acted totally naive and was "shocked" to hear that I'd received a PAL E-10 and kept blaming his supplier. He never did however comment on why/how the Smartmedia was replaced with a 16mb card. Anyways, the threats helped and he was willing to take back the camera for a full refund including shipping (and he sent me their UPS account number to ship the camera back on). I then ordered another E-10 from dbuys.com who seemed to have much better customer service ratings. The camera arrived today just as expected and it's spectacular. It has only 4 stuck pixels which is also good news.

Again, thank you all for your help and I look forward to a long life with my E-10 :)

I was crossing my fingers and hoping you would get your E-10 by the first E-10 Day Shoot-Out.

Regarding the 16M b Smartmedia, that's all we get delivered here in Europe - no 32Mb ... so it definatly as a European version.
