Had to get on and just say thanks, to all of you posters. I've been visiting the dpreview site for about a year, trying to decide on a digital camera, and based on the owner's opinions and now this Panasonic forum, I decided on the FZ10 and ordered it tonight. The final key that led to the decision was quite simply the variety of amazing, fantastic pictures so many of you have posted. I'm usually just blown away every time I log on and see the latest pictures you folks have captured.

Once the camera arrives, I promise to read the manual (and that's a hard thing for a guy to do) before I get on here and bother you with questions. Again, thanks for all the information you all regularly post here, and please keep posting all the wonderful pictures.

Reading the manual and figuring out all the things it does is my funnest part.
Once I figure everthing out it's time to move on to a new toy.

In this case though the manual is lousy, and the camera is full of never ending surprises.

You're gonna love your FZ10! Just start taking pics (by the 100's!) and have fun! And be sure to get involved in the Pana-Challenge photo challenge for Panasonic cameras, coming very soon!
