Lordy have mercy! 40 photographers and still counting! I never
expected it to be this warmly welcomed, and I thank everyone for
the kind words.

For those that have just jumped in on this fun little ride we're
all going to share here is the breakdown.

April 21st we all go out with our E10's and just shoot the day. It
will be basically " A Day In The Life ".

There are no rules, I hate rules. Shoot what you want, where you
want and how you want. Okay there is one rule, do it on the 21st.
:o) (sorry I lied)

I was going to try to host this, but due to ISP difficulties with
the apparant volume that is going to be produced I won't be able to
after all. Sorry. :(
What you can do however, is load them to where ever you usually
post your pictures from, and then a post will be formed here titled
something like " E10 ... A Day In The Life. " and everyone that is
involved can drop links to their sites. Hence, you can take as many
pic's as you like.

Again, I would like to thank...

So far I think we have half the world covered. As near I can guess,
our line starts in Belguim .. proceeds across the pond to the North
America, then proceeds over the Pacific to Hong Kong and Australia,
with a stop in Hawaii . So the pictures are going to be very wide
spread.

I think when some pro film photographers did this same thing a few
years ago they only had like 15 to do it. We've gone over double
that, and still taking names. :o)

If you still want to host the pictures perhaps everyone could use ftp to get them to you instead of email. Just a thought.

Wow, I just got a list from Vance with 62 (and counting) enthusiastic photographers who want to participate. My request is that everyone adds there own name to the list as described here:

http://www.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1022&message=919481

In that way I won’t make a spelling mistake and you can add something about yourself. You can always be removed. Just send an email to [email protected] with your name in the subject line.

I am looking forward to this event. Soon I will have a demo upload section were users can test out the system.

with a stop in Hawaii . So the pictures are going to be very wide
spread.

I think when some pro film photographers did this same thing a few
years ago they only had like 15 to do it. We've gone over double
that, and still taking names. :o)

If you see your name listed without a city, please let us know

Hi Vance
not been watching properly - what a great idea - count me in on this one:
Jono Slack (Diss - UK)

I'll be out there - I shall be in cornwall (so you could say Jono Slack (St Buryan UK) if you like.

Yahoo
try to keep me out.
and thanks for all your input too.
Regards
Jono Slack

Again, I would like to thank...

with a stop in Hawaii . So the pictures are going to be very wide

Howdy folks.

Sorry for this. But I thought that I would bring this one back up so that those unaware of it, can have a look at the longest running FRIENDLY Thread in the history of this board. :o)

And get the original idea behind the E10Day beginnings.

Oh yeah. We have over double the number joining in now!!!
