Re: F828 too low price??

A woman stop by and told me
don't even think to get the F828, her friend has a very bad
pictures after print out.
Alll the unsolicited advice I have ever gotten in an electronics store has always been bad advice. After a couple times of being misled by bad advice, I quit taking it. Even if somebody comes up to me and tells me how great something is that I am looking at I stick it back on the shelf.

BTW, most of the online retailers that post unbelievable prices for cameras are not worth your time. Most of the time it's a bait and switch to get you to buy overpriced accessories and if you choose not to buy the accessories then the camera suddenly becomes "out of stock".

So anyone can show me a good online seller and of course with good price.

Isn't it too good to be true?

I really want to get one F828, I was in Compusa half hour ago,
playing with the actual camera there. A woman stop by and told me
don't even think to get the F828, her friend has a very bad
pictures after print out.

It really scare me.
Very bad pictures, no. As good as a DSLR, sometimes. For scenics or portraits the 828 is outstanding. When the lighting gets dodgy it has some image issues but if you're not shooting really contrasty stuff it's quite a good piece of kit.
It's worth spending the extra money buying from a reputable dealer. Always.

More than likely this will happen:

You call and ask if they have it in stock and they'll say yes.

You start ordering and they try to get you to buy extra junk at very high prices.

You tell them you don't want it, they persist but you refuse. ALL of a sudden, the guy tells you they're out of stock.

How this is legal, I don't know but I betcha that if you recorded it, you still couldn't do anything about it.

Laws are too lenient and this keeps getting worse. The worst ones are the NYC stores.

I have ordered from Newegg.com many times....their shipping, order tracking and customer service are tops! They ship quickly and provide very detailed status e-mails from the moment you place your order until shipping (they use Fedex).
So anyone can show me a good online seller and of course with good
price.
I've no personal experience with them, but NewEgg is a name that
keeps coming up in the forum as reputable and with as good a legit
pricing as you'll generally get: http://www.newegg.com

Well above what you were quoting from the other mob, but figures
like that are usually pie-in-the-sky.
