I first want to thank everyone on this forum for all the info I gleaned from them as to My decision of E-10 or something else. Got My E-10 last Saturday and I am impressed. Love the control I have again. I am only, I suppose, an AVID amature. I learned on a AT1 Canon full man.35mm.Had Nikon 35s,then tried digital with Sony DSC-F505. Digital is the greatest but I really missed having the control with the Sony . My E-10 has taken care of that. What a great camera.I have two grandchildren and with a third due to arrive in about two months I convinced Gandma I needed an upgrade. I got wcon .08 , Tcon1.4, Mcon-35,1G Fugi microdrive (working great) ,64mg Smart card, FL40 flash, remote cable, B&W mrc polarizer, B&W mrc UV, Hoya R72, Lumiquest Ultra-Bounce, B-30 Lipo Grip,Lith. AAs for flash, and had to have a new bag for all this ,Domke F2 Emerald. ( OUCH ) Grandma says we are worth it. She is my sweatheart of thirty years of marrige. THanks again, and as many have commented before me this is far and away the TOP FORUM.

Hello Mark,

It seems you're well equiped for the "grand work" :-)

Putting all those things togheter in one camerabag might be bad for your back :-)))
You're quit right about "having control of it all" using the E-10.
It just does all the things we want it to do, and that's a great experience.

A happy shooting with the E-10, but with (nearly) 3 grandchildren, that couldn't be any problem I presume :-)))

Hello Mark!

Welcome to the forums. Grandma must be one very understanding sweetheart! But then, it sounds like you already know you're a lucky man. Most of us have to buy the camera and sneak in the accessories one at a time! 8-)
Enjoy your E-10!

Thanks jaja , my grand children seem oblivious to the camera any more. So it makes it very easy to catch them in there natural states and expressions. Love them dearly. By the way you have some wonderful photographs on your site.I am longing for Spring and some of natures color in My area, really drab outdoors now.
