Well, on my 950 it's more of a yellowish-green color. The important thing to note is that the flower icon changed from a pure white to this "other" shade (call it yellow, call it green...whatever)Every article I read about mentions that when setting the macro you zoom

This does bring up something that has been on my wish list for a long time, how about changing that color to something that we can see? Especially when you get outside in daylight, that yellow/green color is almost impossible to distinquish from white. How about blue? Or, better yet maybe, why doesn't the camera move to that position automatically when you select the macro? It would sure save a lot of trouble. My tulip is yellow with a green border around it under a 2X magnification.
