--Hehe these quokkas are funny looking Regit. Kangaroos and koalas
are among my favorite animals but these are new to me and they're
awesome. That's neat that they get so close to people. Ever try
petting one or is there a risk of biting or even kicking like
kangaroos? Good work Regit. By the way, I'm getting the tripod
and head for my birthday, woohoo!

... there are some in the zoo, but the lighting there is quite
terrible. If I ever get a chance somewhere else, I'll grab one for
you![]()
It is not I'm afraid. I live in the city and the chances of spotting a wild koala is almost zeroit should be a piece cake.
Hope this helps (wife took this)For the last two shots, did you actually lie on the ground? It
seems to me that they were shot at a very very low angle.

--Hi Regit,
I´m not sure if I get you ( or if you know what I was trying to say ).
English is a foreign language for me so I simply can´t express
myself the way I can in my own language.
I use "wild" for an animal that doesn´t life in a zoo or park. It
has nothing to do with if the animal is aggressive or dangerous.
I really like your images in this post - they are great but one
image reminds me on my Canada trip where a Japanese tourist feeds a
Columbian ground squirrel with candies.
I think that an animal ( cute or not ) should remain as "wild" as
possible.

--Yes, that is what I tried to say. I wish my english would be better
because that would make life easier for me especially in such a
forum.
Limitted knowledge of a language is a real handicap as sometimes we
read in between the lines.
For the feeding:
I´m guilty: I fed some gulls in Scotland with fish and chips.
