Great shots as always Harry. Whats more expensive, the cab ride or the camera.

Aren't those things like $150 per ride? Very expensive... Great shots, I also like the one you gave a buzz to; gives it an impressionistic feel to it. Even though it's cold out there, I'm sure my family and I would still enjoy that ride. My son would go crazy over it. Thanks.

Hi Harry

My wife, daughter, daughter's friend and I went for a ride around downtown San Diego a few years ago at Christmas time. Although it cost $50 it was worth every cent. Wow! What an evening. Even though ours look exactly like your Hansom Cabs, ours are called carriages.

Unfortunately our f'ing city council canceled their license in January as the city wanted the land that the stable was on for other purposes. They were booked solid all through December, so my wife and I were unable to get another ride.
Your pictures brought back fond memories, and for that I thank you.

Back in the old days I do remember some snowy St. Patrick's Days -- one year I think it stormed on March 22! Spring is coming.... hang in there...

Hi Harry,

Very nice image - couldn't tell you buzzed it unless you confessed. What setting did you use? Looks to be around 30 maybe. The color is really vibrant - just like I like it.

Harry,

Very beautiful shot. When I saw these, it reminded me of that Seinfeld episode where Kramer gave the horse the extra meat (can't remember exactly) that he bought from Costco.

The results were a very gassy horse!

I have never ridden in one but I think they start at something like $45 for the first 15 minutes.

Winter does not seem to want to give it up. I keep promising my wife, Linda, that this will be the klast snow we will have to put up with. Then the next day it snows again.
