Can someone please tell me how to embed a photo in my posts?

Get yourself some webspace
Upload a suitable sized jpeg or gif image to that webspace (Using FTP)
Include the full URL for the image in your posting in the form:
"
"
but without the quotes (")
And the image will appear in your posting at that point, as here:
