I want to buy this camera as a Christmas present for my wife (one that I can use when I need in my biz ;-). She's concerned about "developing". Are

there easy ways to get this to a local lab to have prints made when I don't want to use my own computer and printer? Are consumer labs excepting zip
disks and doing this these days?

Cheers,

Jeff,
I don't know what local labs are doing but you should check out http://www.ofoto.com

They just started up and are offering 100 free 4x6 prints to the 1st million people to register at their site. I'm sure many of the internet developers could turn around your images in a very short time. Then you wouldn't have to worry about how to get them to the lab.

Jeff,

I've been using outside labs for prints for sometime. I just zip and sent to them and they send the prints back. I'd bet there is one very close to you. If your only interested in 4x6 or so, Wolf, Ritz and so many others will do it or you can use the Kodak printers they have. Drawback there is they only handle floppy (small files) or cds. Jpeg id their format. Just look or call around.
