This 'Daniella' person is in blatant violation of the forum rules for advertising / purposely keeping threads alive, if you didn't see it then you are either blind or sucked into the scam.
I work in information security and we call what Daniella was doing 'social engineering' and I am glad to see the back of it, I'm sure another account will be opened but it will ultimately get closed again, of course I am assuming the owners of this site realized what was going on and shut it down, if not then they should!

that is not "social engineering". As a Networking professional, "Social Engineering" means
a person using social engineering is trying to break into a computer network and trying to gain the confidence of someone who is authorized to access the network in order to get them to reveal information that compromises the network's security.
Did she try to break into a network? as far as i know, no! so your use of "social engineering" doesn't fit here.

oh and before you reply, I'm a Mr. not a Miss L Darn you would be surprised at how many people don't stop and think that "Shannon" can be a guy or a girls name. Shows that people just to conclusions way to often without knowing the whole facts.

What did he or she do to ge banned? Who ever he or she is has been a great help to me not to mention a talented photographer.

Already read them, thanks though. However, I don't see anything listed in the rules about "keeping threads alive". So I was curious what you were talking about as to that being a violation of the rules. I see one about not posting just to bump threads, is that what you're talking about? I have seen a number of posters do that when their requests for comment or assistance haven't been answered, though I never really noticed if Daniella was one of them or not. If so she certainly hasn't been the only one.

She was banned for selling her picture of the Joshua tree. (Great pic). She changed her handle and opened a new account. As far as I'm concerned she learned her lesson and tried to start fresh. Good enough for me.
