What is a Mack warranty and where to get it?

5 Year Still Digital Warranty (Under $500)

This warranty covers all parts and labor for five (5) years from date of purchase. The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment to operate properly at no charge to you, (this includes all parts and labor). Such service, repair or adjustment of this equipment is assured the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Mack recommeds buying the warranty within 30 days of initial purchase, however I wrote to Mack Camera and they have agreed to accpet my extended warranty purchase even after 30 days as my camera is still under Factory warranty.
The grace period is coming to an end for me to add the extended
waranty to my A80 which I got from circuitcity. I am very undecide
about the value/worth that it represents at a cost of $69.

What do people think, any body has any take on this matter with

I think Mack is the one with a website listing the companies that work with them directly. The point is that, in the quote below, Mack may be the warranty behind circuit city's. You have to check.

All of the "we don't cover" language in the Mack contract worried me. I felt more comfortable with VAC warranties, but they must come at point of sale, and this influenced which company i bought from.
