Why nobody posts people photos?

Is anybody know the legal terms if we can post the images of people we shot with their permision (permision to shoot, not to post)...

I know selling those images without letting them know will be too much but at least post them up here..

I'm pretty sure someone takes some.

See the street photo that dboogie posted. People shots get posted fairly frequently here.

I think we have some rights, right?

Still, I'm not satisfied with people photos posted.

I don't know why photographers are more interested in birds than people. Don't get me wrong, no criticising, just wondering..

About 15 minutes ago I posted several pictures of people. Please go to the forum and see message titled "Faces from Cusco". I hope you enjoy them. I really like to take people shots.
