i finally caught the guy!!!

We went in court and I won. He had to pay to fix all the damage he
had done over the years.

He was always passing on my property around 5 AM, so it was tough
to spot him, and my property is really big, so it was really far
from the house (around 1 mile).

He was passing on my property to reach one of his field with big
and heavy machinery, wreaking havok on my lawn (can you say 1/2
feet deep tracks in the lawn?). He was always doing it early in the
morning, or when we were working.

I knew a rancher in the area that had same problem. Took thick
leather strap pounded nails through it and buried across entrance
area. Problem solved after short period of time.
