1. 2 is not intended to be a "soft and cuddly" one. It's more of an advertising type of pose. Think perfume or perhaps fashion ad.

Looks like you doin good with the new gear. Nice lookin couple. I figured it out!

And here is mine, the fella on the right builds enormous terabyte data warehouses. The fella in the center makes me know of the important things in life and put the camera down and rock him, sing to him, then give him back to his parents.

I like the first shot. The second doesn't look as natural to me. The angle is very nice and gives a different perspective. Do you others to compare?
