having cancelled my pre-order for the above lens (after much thought) I now have the following (and still have some free money to spend :-) )

All used, in "As New" condition

300f4, mounted of a cheap tripod with field monitor and cable release

40-150 f2.8

12-100 f4

and I use these sat in my garden room chair, with everything in hands reach

Its transformed my ability to shoot as I no longer struggle with the weight and is getting me the shots I want, even in this dank and grey Autumn weather

just one little example

40ft away through double glazing, not the best quality but it meets my needs and keeps me going

Very nice Bri. Looking good and have fun with the new lenses mate.

Take it easy your way.

Danny.

Brian--

Those three lenses (plus a 1.4x) are why I'll always have a m43 body or two here. Good to see that you are still enjoying your gear and taking good photos.

Smart purchasing decision.

Three great lenses- and additionally saved money thanks to buying used - with money to spare instead of picking up the 50-200. And a great range from 12 to 300mm.

600mm in my case as I am happy using the 2X internal digital teleconverter and getting usable images, for my use ;-)

300mm with 2X dtc at 30ft through double glazing on OM-1 mk2

our windows rarely get cleaned, unless it rains. Its one of the joys of the Olympus / OM system plus the fact that its a North facing view, I'm even getting usable images when there is rain on the window, so long as the subject is well separated away from the glass (like shooting through the wire at a zoo or race track)
