Weird, I have received about an hour ago a Dpreview e.mail by this title " Leica M EV1 is a rangefinderless M" with initial impressions, all the new camera specifications and relevant press release.

I'm based in Milan.

Thus my doubt that the image is legit. Unless the RF window has been repurposed for an as yet unknown function.

Yes. No explanation for what the former RF window does as yet. I'm reading through Sean Reid's review of the camera right now…he hasn't mentioned it yet either.
