Well I keep coming back to Pentax and I could not resist this bundle that was for sale on E-Bay. It was up for around £197 but I offered £175 and it was accepted. Anyway, the K20D body is totally mint and has only 5895 shutter acctuations on it, not a scratch or mark on it, the original box it came in looked brand new. It also came with a SMC Pentax-DA L 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 AL, a SMC Pentax-DA 55-300mm F4-5.8 ED, a Kenko x2 AF teleconvertor, a Sigma flashgun, a battery grip, three batteries and a nice padded QR camera strap. It even had the viewfinder cap for using when taking long exposures. I am well chuffed and can't wait to start using it, I have already updated the firmware to the last available update.

Nice camera! I am curious whether the internal battery is still keeping voltage. If yes, very likely at that time Pentax used there a capacitor, otherwise lithium-ion battery would be definitely dead.

Congrats! Great setup, and I like the cool strap:)

Mine also had only 5K clicks.
Thanks Alex and yes the cool strap was a added bonus

I don't know how to check that but it's all working fine as far as I can tell.

If the camera asks to enter date & time after every change of the main battery, it means that the internal battery is dead.

Thanks Alex, I took the main battery out, waited a few seconds and then replaced it and no date and time message popped up :)

Outstanding deal on a real workhorse. I shot about 50k frames with mine, trekking and climbing in Nepal and Peru, solid kit. Enjoy!
50K of frames is very impressive, I think at my age it will be a race between myself and the K20D to see who lasts the longest ha ha!

Memory is cheap - shoot all you want and delete the junk :-) Seriously, I completely understand. I used to try for 500 per week, a keeper a day or more, loading shots into the Pentax photo gallery, etc. About 10 years ago, I just slowed down (in all respects too) and just don't shoot as much. Enjoy your K20D, mine served me well.

Congratulations. It's nice set. I think the sensor made by Samsung.
