Isabel, when I went through the Classroom In A Book for Ver 7, it
had me reset preferences every time I started a new
chapter/project. It only takes a minute and might be saving a lot
of headaches. Just remember to also reset your scratch disk. I
routinely reset my preferences now when I start working on a new
photo or when I restart PS7. It may or may not be necessary but it
sounds like it solved the problems with Insta-Sketch.
