I have owned the Z 1.4 TC for some time but today I decided to use it. There is a County Park, San Elijo Lagoon than covers almost 1,000 acres. An immature Reddish Egret was jumping and taking short flights as it looked for small fish. The Egret was acting like a child at play. Fun to try and get "good light" on the Lagoon in the early morning.

Taken from the dreaded "Front of House", translated means "a long ways away". This is at 400mm with about a 15 percent crop

Had my Z5II for a few weeks now, yesterday I got out to a favourite place of mine to try and capture a few shots, really warming to the camera.

I was in Daytona over the weekend checking and the bikers were there for Biketoberfest. I was practicing my panning when I could catch them going slow enough.
I may see if I can remove the post in post.

Beautiful day at the beach, Torrey Pines, today. Put my Z 1.4 TC on my Z 600 pf s and attached them to my Z8.
Pleasantly surprise with the results I got of some Peregrine Falcons. One falcon was sitting on top of the cliffs, then it's mate flew past, fast. They chatted a bit and then flew off together. The BIF shot was at 112+ Meters, about 370 ft.

I looked out our front window yesterday, and saw this Great Blue Heron in the tree across the street, about 200' away.
