I always forget how lovely the rendering and sharpness of this lens is.

These 2 are my fave. Love the Doggie 🥰 on the boat. Terrific composition Earl curve of the tree meeting the rower.

Fetching clarity whilst looking natural.

Was looking into Dji knockoff 😹 of this PanaLeica after the Dji was mentioned in a thread here.

Photography after all is interplay of light alongside perspective.

Nice pictures.

I just sold my OM 20/1.4 since I prefer my Leica Summilux 15/1.7 .. great IQ, smaller, lighter and prefer 15 vs 20.

I did not like the factory lens hood & cap so replaced it with the Haoge LH-P15 Square Metal Lens Hood which is much more securely affixed

Thank you! The boater + dog is my favorite shot :-D I wish I'd arrived a few seconds earlier to catch the rower, but that was the only shot I had time for, heh.

I hear the DJI version is excellent; it just has different lens coatings optimized for aerial images. Supposedly. Either way, the 15mm f1.7 is amazing, and made me a believer in the "Leica look." Now I have a few PanaLeicas!

Thank you, and good choice. I was thinking about splitting the difference between my 25 and 15 with the 20 1.4, but I like the 15 too much to sell it, and I don't want three normal-ish primes.

Good-lookin' set of photos!

I have the DJI version and think it's great. Lots of midtone contrast, images really pop without being harsh.
