Nice shots! I love this lens, it gives a useful working distance and lovely rendering.

I like the lens a bunch, but I admit to being tempted to exchange it for the new Laowa 180 1.5x Macro.

T.R.Y. you are a torch bearer for adapted lenses on m4/3 for nature wildlife.

These pollinators were f/10 f/11, Laowa f/4.5 reckon go for it with 50% more magf than the 1:1 Sigma, around 1/2 the weight of the Sigma.

Adapted EF-mount
Laowa EF version is near similar size weight as my Minolta af macro 1:1 100mm f/2.8.

I will look into the Laowa - it seems interesting from the brief glance I took just now.

I do like the bright aperture on the Sigma though. In a pinch, with the 2x teleconverter it can serve as a birding / wildlife lens:
Very nice work! :-D

If the Laowa had been available a few months ago, I probably wold have picked it up already. With "insect season" just about over, though, I think I'll wait until next year to buy the Laowa unless there is an unexpectedly good deal.

Couple of deal breaker posts on Sony forum about this Laowa.
