Are they compatible regarding their batteries and memory cards??? I currently have a Z50 and was wondering whether the Z50 II will work with my Z50 stuff?

Both the Z50 and Z50ii use SD memory cards, which are, as you know, extremely common. For the Z50ii, Nikon is providing the newer EN-EL25a, which holds more charge but is interchangeable with the previous EN-EL25. In other words, the Z50ii will work with your existing memory cards and Nikon batteries. However, if you have third-party clone batteries, there could potentially be compatibility issues. Are they compatible regarding their batteries and memory cards??? If you buy a bigger one you’ll be able to fill your hard drive faster.Thank you both very much. In as much as I have a Z50 and two batteries, this will be helpful for when I receive the Z50ii. Is there no benefit to a different memory card?

I sold my Z50 to fund my Z50ii for many reasons. One of them was that the Z50ii can use UHS-II SD cards. UHS-II cards have a significantly higher transfer rate compared to UHS-I cards.Thank you both very much.
