From a workshop I did with Dave Wyman and the notorious Ken Rockwell, who was not at all what I expected.
... Now you can't leave us hanging like that! :D. Ken was the first person I donated to way back in 2007 for his eBook on D200 Settings :D.

Loved all the images, but this one I found particularly emotive. That 24-70 S is such a great lens.

From his online persona I expected Ken to be a know-it-all with strong and possibly wild opinions on everything photographic. Instead he was quiet, funny, quirky, and only occasionally threw out an opinion, which was usually sharp and experienced. He rode around in the back seat of my truck for a whole day, and I'd do it again.

And thanks for your kind words!

Love the color tension/contrast in this one, beautiful image!

That's great to hear. From listening to other YouTuber's and reading various forums over the years (Including some of Ken's own videos), that is the impression I came away with as well. I love being wrong along these lines!

They were well earned! Also love the hopefully-moody (dare-I-Say Fuji-esque) quality to your colorization choices as well... really enjoyed this set of shots.

This guy spotted an injured Dove in our driveway - yet somehow missed.

I captured this image just about 1/2 mile from my home. A little Blue Heron with a nice pose. Z9 with Z 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 Vr S zoomed to 690mm 1/50 sec at F/11 with ISO at 100.
