Super nice. FWIW I think I prefer the landscape ones, it feels like they can breathe more. Well done.

Since it was there this am, I'll throw in one more.

Ah the memories, good or bad, of my kids in Toys R Us. Now I have Dylan in my head..."Times are a Changing."

Z6 with MC 105 while waiting for my subject to show up for her senior photo session.

My wife asked me to get a photo of this one in our garden this morning, as well. Had the Z8 and MC 105 ready to go.

Dave,

Excellent captures. Love the first 2 images.

Best,

Den
Thank you, the third image, with the Greenie looking back at me with both eyes, is funny (imho)

Thank you very much.

From a workshop I did with Dave Wyman and the notorious Ken Rockwell, who was not at all what I expected.
... Now you can't leave us hanging like that! :D. Ken was the first person I donated to way back in 2007 for his eBook on D200 Settings :D.

Loved all the images, but this one I found particularly emotive. That 24-70 S is such a great lens.

AAAAAHHHRRRR!

I went to Granville Island (Vancouver BC, Canada) this evening. I noticed that most of the boats and yachts moored at the docks were festooned with pirate paraphernalia. Apparently this is all somehow connected with a fundraising campaign for BC Children's Hospital. Which leads to the question -- do the fundraisers take donations in pieces of eight?

All photos were taken with my Z6II and Z 40mm f/2.8 SE. I cannot figure out why the lens does not get more respect. I have found it to be sharp, and that it renders images very nicely. I am glad I got one.

Thanks, Den. I got a lot of milage out of that single bloom. It fell off the plant yesterday, but it was a good run for several days.

I do agree with you. Small, light weight, versatile, it's a gem.
