I’ve never had Gouda, but I’ve heard it’s good! Mild Cheddar is my favorite, then Mozzarella. Provolone is decent. I’m pretty boring when it comes to cheese.Kind of a standard cheese here in Germany: medium-age Gouda. Softer than Cheddar I think.That cheese looks good! Is it some kind of cheddar?

She got her annual birthday cookie! We didn’t quite make it through her happy birthday video without getting teary eyed, but then all the dogs got to go outside and play together. I wish they lived as long as us, too. I was 23 when we got Rosie, and now I’m 39. She’s been with us through it all…the loss of Dolly when Rosie was 6 months old, getting Sunny her lifelong companion just two days later. Losing Sadie, then my older sister, then Sunny, all within a 4.5 year period. Plus, she’s been here to welcome not just Sunny, but Sadie, Sammy, Allie, Buddy, Buffy, and Sissy. She’s lived to see three presidents, and four election cycles! She’s gone on short trips, met our other family members’ dogs, learned lots of tricks, and more.
