Rapanui? Badung is one of the regencies of Bali in Indonesia. The fourth image can only reasonably come from two countries on this planet, really. Look at those facial features and head-dress. That's either Indonesia or Malaysia. Singapore too, but they will be a minority and the markets don't look like that. Maybe Mindanao in the southern Philippines. There are clues to race, ethnicity, class, nationality in many of my images. It's the Documentary and Street photography channel, after all.

Thanks for the response. Faces I'm not familiar with- some have masks. But weight carried well. You get into couontries I will never see. Not that I wouldn't want to. Second to the last shot, is that an act? Good post.

Thanks for chiming in. The second to last shot, indeed all of them, is spontaneous. She probably want even aware I was there as I was standing across the street from her...

Sorry, earlier I meant the fifth, rather than the fourth image. This same lady, different day. Austronesian or "Malay" facial features.

Note the skull cap and flowing beard - hint, hint - on the man blowing his nose to the right.

Note how her lipstick matches the hairnet under the hijab both days.
