Nice set. I think I like 3 the best (ineresting action with a pleasing background). I bet photographing these were tricky?! They are definitely quick and good at changing direction on a dime!
Thank you,

They are not an easy subject yet if you observe them for a bit before starting to take photos you will see that they fly repeated patterns and that takes some of the surprise out of there fast changes in direction.

Nice shot. Definitely suits monochrome.

I had no idea Hopetoun House lined up with the new Queensferry Crossing in that way.

Swallows are really hard to capture in flight, hence superb work to capture them so well!

Lots of nice elements to complement the monochrome. Nice framing as well!
Thanks Bob, I had actually gone hoping to catch the end of a horse and carriage competition that was on, but I was too late and missed it…..so had to come up with a ‘plan b’ so that it wasn’t a total waste of a drive.

Thanks…I could see the tip of the bridge from the track I was on, so climbed the slight rise next to it to get this vantage point 👍

Took these shorebird pics this morning with Fuji XH2S and Fringer adapter with Canon ef 500 f4II and Canon 1.4 III teleconverter.

When I looked at 100% I could see a bug in the beak of the first two birds.

Excellent detail and great shooting 👍

Thank you. They had plenty to eat today. I get alot of pics of them eating bugs or little red worms from the mud at this location.

Excellent set. You went with your heavier lens. Did you need the faster apature?

1 and 4 are my picks and excellent Artur. It's been a while since you posted. I hope things are OK.
