Nice one!
Taken in the central Kalahari. SooC.
Our safari guide always found a spot for our sundowners where the sun would set behind a lonely tree. Magic!
Thanks Bob!Beautiful scene! Thanks Bob! This was my first trip...enjoyed it greatly. Next - Eastern Sierras for a couple of days in April...From October? Regardless, very nice. Haven't been to Scotland in 46 years. Suppose it is time to go back! Where to next?
Here is a a shot of the "white house" in Glencoe made with the Z7ii:

I was in the Eastern Sierra, California last week and snapped some snowy landscapes. First time for me using the Classic Neg. film simulation for landscape and I must say I REALLY like it. It has a bit of soft, contrasty-harsh tonality, without being aggressive that keep the feel natural.
However I found that the corresponding Style in Capture One is quite different. By changing sharpening, a bit of contrast, shadows and light I manage to get very close to it for landscapes ( to the point I don't see the difference), but haven't manage to get close enough for some flowers shot I took. Any tips welcome.
Hot Creek and snowy mountains
Mono Lake and the White Mountain
Nice colors with the adapted lens.
