How do you like your new RF Z lenses, 24-105 & 70-200?
I have the 70-200Z and LOVE it. I barely used anything else for a few months after getting it. Great for portraits, great with the 2x TC on it.

This is a compilation of some of my 2x TC shots with it from month ago: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/68140861

w/o TC it's amazing for portraits, great for outdoor action, unbelievably sharp - basically a f/2.8 L prime from 70 to 200. Here are a few shots from December: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/68069708

TDP called it "the sharpest interchangeable zoom lens we've ever tested" for a reason! It holds up well with the 2x teleconverter, even for regular use cases imo.

I shoot charity concert events and have both.
I have not yet had an event to shoot.

I have the black 70-200 so the lens will not glow in a dark theater!

Even when you are authorized to be there security still hassles you as the norm!

In the past I shot with the rf 28-70 f2 and the rf 135 f1.8 on the R5.

I have the 24-105 and it’s fantastic. Versatile, high quality, fast. The only downsides are size and weight. It’s a chonker.

What new features on these new lenses should I be able to use on my new R3 camera?
If you buy the power zoom add-odd then you would have power zoom.

The optical improvements.

Tele compatible

Fast(er) and quiet AF
