I am looking for a bag as small as possible for the X-H2 with Fuji 27mm 2.8 lens attached.

I use a small wrist strap to keep everything as compact as possible. I want to carry the X-H2 in this small bag in my backpack.

Anyone good tips?

I've been using the Think Tank MM10 for my XT5 and 27mm f2.8 r lm wr. Yes, the T5 is smaller than the XH2 but I also have a Small Rig Grip on it (for when I switch to a larger lens, not for the 27 necessarily). Thil allows me to also fit the two battery pouch they make and a cleaning rag.

While I don’t have a X-H2, I have an X-T2 and normally have an L bracket attached so would be similar size - I use a Lowepro Dashpoint 30 …. This works great with the 27mm f2.8

OneGo Cloud Bag or Drawstring Bag

If it’s going into a bag consider a Domke wrap (or clone).
