My first afternoon with Lumis 28-200

Looks good! I want this lens next!
 
No complaints here, either.

The maximum aperture at the long end is a constraint, and I still have two f/2.8 zooms, but the 28-200 S lens size and weight is so nice after lugging those big fat heavy lenses around. I mostly use the 28-200 for a day time video lens where size, weight, and zoom range is perfect and I'm shooting at f/8 anyway.

LUMIS LAMIX or LUMIX?
 
Panasonic Lumix S 28-200 f/4-7.1 lens. :-)
 
For landscape use at F8 or F11, what are your thoughts on using the 28-200 ve 70-300? Other than the obvious difference in focal lengths, how about sharpness, rendering, etc.
