Yes, Adorama is doing the same, looks like they're both reflecting the new pricing at Nikon USA.

I just got a price match for Adorama's combo of D850 with Flashpoint Zoom Li-on X R2 flash (aka Godox V1) for $2096 ($1996 for the body plus $100 for the flash), getting me back $400 on the order I received from them last week. :-D

I didn't think $2K was that bad of a price but this is much better. And the D850 currently at $2k...I'd be a buyer there too if I didn't already have one (beautifully designed and built camera).

Both excellent general purpose cameras that complement each other IMO. And with my (rather varied array of) lenses, about as good as I could have expected from a DSLR.

Superb AF accuracy out of the box with both and on a wide variety of lenses I've tested including some 'screwdrive' models. I've purchased some used lenses but I prefer new on the cameras when available and affordable enough at the right time.

I look at it this way: a Z8 or both D850 & D750, same price. My decision was easy and glad I made it. Nikon's later DSLRs were so nicely refined and not needing a bunch of 'auto detect' modes or the raw speed of mirrorless cameras made it that much easier for me.
