He really was shooshing me.......lol
No doubt, he was at work. You had the right lens--100-400mm is the right focal length to photograph cats. I prefer the longer end--you can get down to a near ground level view without the hassles of getting down or getting up.

Those roses are all beautiful, Craig, and very nicely photographed. The first one is extra special. My compliments to your resident horticulturist. Rich
I will pass the message on to her. She has received many compliments this summer and for good reason.

The photographs need some work--depth of field. I need to stop down a bit more.

My personal favourite of the bunch is the last one--made by my humble OM-1 and 90mm macro.

Oh so cute... And really good shots too, that you caught that moment.

The images of the butterfly are gorgeous, Andrew.
Well you go out to baseball and come back and not only has the thread filled but beyond. Two hours driving to and from baseball, two hours watching paint dry. I can not stand the excitement!

Nice images Harvey. Looks like you have been enjoying yourself and that is always a good thing. Fantastic automobiles!

Nice images Dicky. That is a very impressive waterfall!

Andrew

all I have ready to post at this point in time.

In The Humboldt Rose Society's Garden.

Looking west in the garden. The light is too cool, as it often is. That's why I use the RGB light so I can warm things up.

Pontiac Firebird from the malaise era. Big engine smogified with early, primitive methods which choked out the horsepower.

These are nice, Rich. I particularly like the flat rose waving back-and-forth in the breeze, The colours are amazing for both flowers--are there two?

I love the C1 Corvette, especially the single headlight version.

Of all the cars you show I only drove the Citroen,…..same year but a yellow one, so ugly that become beautiful…….lol…..is like drive a magic carpet……

The stitch looks good Craig. I did not look through the entire image at 1:1 but the tracks and items in that area look good across the frame.

Andrew

Thanks, Craig. I am partial to the flat roses, too. Yes, there are two there nestled together. These were also up high so I couldn't shoot down on them or I'd have shown both. Rich

Never saw a picture of it before, amazing plane……

You have to make a trip here, Roy.

The Citron has a reputation of advanced engineering. I haven't been in one.

If you had been in a 1920's Chrysler I'd be surprised. I wonder if there is a single one in your home country. Maybe somewhere in Central or South America. Probably was at one time.

I have to reload tomorrow. I'm on the media staff for an Aston Martin-sponsored Polo Party.

I like looking at hot rods Harvey, but have no real interest in owning one. A 63 split window fuel injected Vette on the other hand would be nice to own and drive.
