About a year ago I had problems with the zoom lever always turning on the record option when I used it. I was very careful bot to touch the record but it continued to happen so I just opted to use the ring around the lens. After doing that for the last year last week it started giving me an error message to “Please turn off the camera and then on again”. Every time I try to zoom now that is what happens. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it?could it just be that I need a new battery pack?
