The US Army/Air Force Exchange has the GFX 100S on sale for $2899 USD. While not everyone can purchase from there, the price might be an indicator that the camera will be available at a similar price from other sellers soon. I think a $3000 price makes sense for the GFX 100S at this time. It should help clear out the model as the new version becomes available.
