I shoot 3 different systems Canon Nikon and Panasonic and the S5ii is supposed to be my everyday camera and I find it to big to not be noticed when I am out with family and friends so I need a smaller camera for when am at bars and parks just for photography so what do you all think of the R100

I would go with the R8 and probably add the RF 28mm f/2.8.

R8+28+35+50mm would cover most basic needs. The 28mm and 50mm are compact enough. The 35mm is probably a bit more versatile.

Simply set a comfortable minimum shutter speed and fire away, not worrying about high ISO values is great for casual shooting imo.

I have 3 full frame cameras a EOS R a Z6ii and a S5II i just want a simple point and shoot to take places my bigger cameras might draw to much attention. I don't need it for video and i have several RF lenses the 16mm, the 35mm, the 50mm, the 85mm so i figured this would be a goof fit.

While the R100 is small and amazingly light, it still has the "DSLR body", which screams "camera!" Might still draw attention in cases where you don't want to.

For instance while I was able to bring the M6II into concerts, I feel lot less certain I can do that with the R50 (which is the same size as R100) even though it is lighter than the M6II.

We don't yet have an inconspicious R body...

However if your main consideration is size and weight, not body style, R100 (or R50) may do the job. You can see pic attached to https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/67622298

For a very small and light R body to use your RF lenses with, I'd go with the R50 instead. From what I've read, the R50 is much better than the R100 (which doesn't even have a flip or tilt screen, and has very limited touchscreen ability), and the same size and weight. I love my R7 as a small and light body (compared with my R6II), and the R50 is much smaller and lighter.

You can go R50, but there's no RF-s 22mm f/2.0. The RF 50mm f/1.8 stm is too long on crop as general purpose lens. The RF 24&35mm f/1.8 stm lenses aren't truly compact (big enough to pick R8+50mm or 28mm over it), the 35mm is still a bit long, and the 24mm is even more expensive as the 35mm. The 16 and 28mm are compact and kind of suitable focal lengths, however, it's f/4.5 full frame equivalent aperture only, and without IBIS there's no stabilization.

If you want a compact thing I would still go M6II + ef-m 22mm f/2.0 stm. The 22mm is waaaay more affordable than the RF 24mm /1.8 stm, and the M combo is truly compact, unlike RF options. You're also getting 32Mp, and in RF mount you would only get that in the monstruous R7 package.

I'd go for a M6 mark II used, from dealer and with warranty.

I have decided to go with the R50. It is worth the extra $200.00.

I reluctantly left Panasonic and traded my S5 on a Canon R8. I am more than happy with my choice. Instead of the R100, I would consider the R10 or I would get a used M6 Mark II. It is very small, lenses are small and it is a much more sophisticated camera than the R100.
