Now that makes sense, I was thinking you ordered at 10:08pm on the 20th. So I was exactly 10 minutes after you at 1:18am EST on the 20th so hopefully we'll both be in the next shipment, but based on the way things have been going I could be 1000+ orders behind you in that 10 minutes.

I purchased mine from BestBuy on the release day (early morning). My camera was delivered yesterday (3/5). Love it! :-D

2:00am should be good news for a lot of folks then. I ordered at 1:18am EST so there should be a lot of orders between 1:18 and 2:00am

I ordered 1:04 EST, got the email.
Sorry, I misread your email from B&H. Mine says it will NOT ship in March. I ordered a black one at after 2am

We will update you as soon as we receive additional information from Fujifilm, which we hope to have within the next two weeks. Please note that both the Silver and Black versions of the X100VI are similarly affected. Also please note that this information is subject to change if Fujifilm’s shipping calendar changes.

It seems BH Photo should have a policy in place to protect its many loyal customers. Wouldn’t limiting the number of purchases by any one individual allow more folks to have a chance of purchasing the camera without having to wait who knows how long. I will not support the scalpers out there squeezing the consumer. I would venture to say most of them wouldn’t know an aperture from a shutter speed. I could be wrong, but I think I’ve seen product advertisements limiting the number of a single item available per purchase.
The few local camera stores never looked so good. At least I’m only eighth in line. With a little luck, I may see one by Christmas. I ordered yesterday and have another order with BH put in late evening of Feb22. The BH order I’m guessing is out there at least a year if not longer.
Good luck to all who have an order in for one camera with the intent of actually going out there and enjoying it.
