problems again, anybody out there to help me ? installed the software put on the finepix viewer to download my pictures and a message comes
on ERROR FINEPIXVIEWER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN FINEPIX EXICUTE
WHAT DO I DO? THANKYOU HARRY

Please excuse me for my english.
Try a card reader, you can, like that now if it's the card or the s7000.

Or try not in the finepix viewer, but in your explorer (poste de travail,?work station?)

It would be nice to know what operating system you are using Harry. If it is WinXP you really do not need to install anything off the cd. XP will recognise the cam and see it as another drive. It then auto-opens a 'wizard' to give you the option to save the image files to a folder on your computer. It's as simple as that.
