Thank you! I appreciate your kind comment.

Actually, I have the original color version of this image framed and canvas mounted as a 24X32 on our dining room wall -- it is one of my favorite prints. From across the room, it looks just like an oil painting until you get up close to examine it.

One of my favorites from a great trip.

That is a beautiful composition and pleasing to look at ... very nice!

My favourite Black and White photograph is of my Great Grandson sitting on the front step of my house when he was about 2 years old.

Very impressive effect and great talent, how is your experience with silver effex pro2, from what I am seeing looks like darkroom printed image…!?

I bought the Lumix 14mm f2.5 lens not long ago, and it's really given new life to my GM1 as a take anywhere, almost-fits-in-a-pocket setup. Took this a couple months ago on a morning walk in the woods outside my house. I really like the Panasonic Dynamic Monochrome preset filter as it allows you to directly adjust contrast, and since my other cameras (GX85 and G95) also have this filter setting, I get a uniform look to my B&W photos. Plus the other cameras will also take a color jpeg in filter mode, in case I later decide the photo just doesn't work in B&W.

I'm a jpeg shooter, so very minor post processing.
