Hi everyone! I recently bought a very expensive Sony AR7V with a 200-400mm lens and attached it to a harness which failed.
It ended up dropping my camera about 2ft off the floor. Yikes I know. I checked it thoroughly after and found no obvious physical defects. I even took to a camera store to check but didnt' have time for a full analysis before leaving for my trip. I noticed when taking a picture of some birds, weird striated textures came up in the background. Is this the result of a damaged lens? Or is it something else?
Would really appreciate some help cause I'm like.. panicking!
To note:
Stabilizer is on
Some of these pictures had high shutter speed
Metering: Tracking (S),
Subject Recognition: Birds
I have done photography before.
Thank you!
