A7rIV vs. A7rV File Size Increase - Reason?

Does anyone know why the RAW file size are larger on the A7rV vs. the A7rIV. It looks like they are roughy 5-10% larger in size for the same quality (uncompressed and compressed)?

I was surprised since they use the same sensor.

With compressed RAW I get about 300 less shots on a 128gb memory card.

Just wondering...

The processing is different now on a RV
 
I wonder if that translates into better image quality? or low light noise performance. Just curious.

I sold my A7rIV so I can't compare.

I believe the embedded preview JPEG is bigger (has a higher rez). It's a shame that this can't be user adjusted. I'd be fine with a very small one.
