And if one was, it would be the E-P7 because you have to guess focus points on the D3.
 
I incline towards the EP7

I don't know about ugly ... but the Pen looks way cooler. The lens on the EP7 is too big with too little glass - just a big, black, plastic circle.

Since you're in a bar they both look pretty good at closing time.
 
I often had compliments from a PL/7. European tourists mistook it for a Leica film camera. I miss that.
 
The OM-5 is lighter with a smaller grip. You need the EVF somewhere. Center-top is a good location.
 
Anywhere EU vacationers are found in the US. Florida in spring is an example.
