Fantastic! Great shot!

If you don’t aim for perfection, you cannot make a great photo. And yet, true perfection is impossible. So, at the end you must reconcile yourself to failure. No photo is perfect, you have to make your peace with that. How? You pick up your camera and you start again. —Carasco

Impressive!

Just for fun, i tried using ISO 40,000 :)

Impressive, indeed! Nice shots! The Z50 is really an amazing little DX format Nikon. The IQ of the Z50 is as good as it gets. It certainly handles noise like one of its bigger siblings. With a little help from DxO.

Windows always hazardous to birds, fatal to small ones, any time one hears a thump.
Today was one of those days, at first glance it seemed as if two Annas had died. But
then as if to say "wait" put down the shovel, they stirred, struggled to sit up and clear the cobwebs.
Still one could see, the male bird shaken, nervous breathing, would likely recover. While the female bird
struggled, had labored breathing, with splotches of blood on beak, tongue, and on the ground.
Though a bit anthropomorphic that he had waited for quite some time, in hopes his companion would recover as well,
but he seemed to know that would not be the case and had flown off moments before she died.

Oh, man that is so sad! The hard part of life.

But life is short, shorter for some than others, and the only thing you can do is what the male did: fly away from it. Still, he will miss her. Thanks for sharing that.

Indeed it is. I never miss my D7500.

Indeed.
With a little help from DxO.
For high ISO, yes, but Z 50 doesnt need much help with ISO 3200 or less.

I had a Z50 for a very short time, bought it for my wife who decided to stick with her Canon Rebel. Yes, it images don't need much help at lower ISOs. I'm sometimes tempted to buy another one as a walkabout- or car-camera.

Nice shots.

For its size and price the Z 50 packs a punch.
