Is anyone using a plugin to convert image to line art drawing?

In a new found opportunity with access to engraving. Would like to convert some raster images to vector for use on a laser engraver.

Have access to full Adobe Creative Suite. I know Image Trace in Illustrator to be an option.

Not sure if there is a plugin, but here is a technique in PS that converts an image to vector without the use of the pen tool:

The actions look pretty good. However, does not have line art. The Youtube video has some great potential.

Thanks guys
I added Illustrator trial version. I thought there was a learning curve learning PS years ago. Illustrator is not very intuitive. With the subscription cost Adobe should be able to integrate more AI. The steps seem a little laborious with little to no help.
