Does the Canon R5 have a crop factor when shooting in 4K 60p?

R5 has an 8k sensor, and it is capable of doing 4k in both FF and crop modes

- Full frame 4k in pixel skipped / binned mode can do 60p
- Full frame 4k HQ (fine in menu) will do interpolation from 8k frames, but will only do up to 30p
- Cropped 4k at 1:1 pixels from central half of frame can do 60p
- Can do Full Frame 4k 60p over HDMI for external recording to ninja V

The cropped mode is 1.6x, not the 2x needed for 1:1.The manual says "Recording movies with EF-S lenses has the same effect as this movie cropping feature." I haven't noticed movie mode cropping in further when using EF-S lenses, but I haven't been actually looking for it either
So the 4k60 in crop mode is also oversampled.
R5 4K60 cropped is oversampled from 5.6K
4K60 FF is not oversampled. (if R5 can do 4K 60HQ, then it can also do 8K60)
4KHQ can only do 30fps - not what the OP was asking. BTW I don't shoot 4KHQ, I shoot 8K instead
