M4/3 and dual ISO?

On M4/3 the Panasonic GH5S does have dual ISO, as does the GH6.

On M4/3 the Panasonic GH5S does have dual ISO, as does the GH6.

The GH5S has 'Dual Native ISO' and the GH6 has 'Dual Output Gain', two different things.
 
In the GH6, yes it does improve high ISO performance and ONLY high ISO performance where the dual gain kicks in. See GH6 review on this site.
