Curious, I know the canon ef mount and gfx adapters work pretty well. Is there any solution for using Nikon Z mount lenses on medium format GFX fuji systems?

Thanks in advance

I thought you couldn't use one mirrorless on another. dSLR mount from Canon/Nikon should work fine on the GFX.

Will not be possible.

The Nikon Z-mount has 16mm flange back distance.

The Fujifilm gfx cameras have a 26.7mm flange back distance.

M-mount lens just barely work with 27.8mm flange back distance.

Flange distance tells the story

GFX requires 26.7mm

Nikon Z requires 16mm

So the Nikon Z lenses won't work on the GFX body. One can always add material to increase the flange distance to match the lens but not the other way around. Guess one can adopt GFX lenses to the Z bodies but since the GFX lenses usually cost more - why would one want to do that?

Nikon F lenses on GFX body can work - Nikon F lens require 46.5mm

And the throat of the M mount is so narrow they can recess it. That won't work well with the Z mount.

And Z lenses are FBW and electric diaphragm control.

It will not work, because focusing of GFX lenses is electronically driven by the camera. You may make an adapter to put GFX lenses on Z and satisfy the flange-back distance requirement, but you can't focus.
