When I approached Sony with a request for support, I found out that there is no such service. Any professional, working with their top level camera's, can only use the usual consumer client service. Which means you have to wait for ever untill your camera is serviced. I was shocked to discover this! Unlike Canon or Nikon, no professional service! No replacement or anything. Just get in line and wait a couple of weeks..

Not from my experience. Where are you a professional photographer and what "support" are you thinking you will need?

Likely something that is somewhat more timely than four years late.

Holy Magoo. I didn't notice. I'll have to look to see who resurrected this mummy.
Brace yourself…

This is amateurish behaviour. What a pity that you do not get professional help. :-D
