How to restore D810 to factory settings

The instructions I've seen say to hold down the Qual and +/- buttons simultaneously but nothing happens. Sigh. I am using a Canadian model, perhaps ..... ?

Thank you.

ps: Alternatively, how do I erase the "artist" and "copyright" info?

Ok so use the "delete" key to delete a character, one at a time; that's how you delete the artist or copyright information.

backspace, delete, backspace, delete, ..... sigh.

How long are you holding the Buttons? The manual does say 2 seconds. There are no differences in the cameras going to different nations, but sometimes they do have different accessories in the box

Make sure the two buttons has a BLUE dot engraved in or next to them - hold for 2 sec or count to 10
